Composite Process
The wax pattern workshop is equipped with automatic wax injection machines. The time of wax pressing, pressure of pressure casting, wax injection temperature, molding time, etc. can be set separately for different products according to technological parameters and requirements in wax injection machines. The wax patterns have such advantages as a high smooth finish low expansion, stable shrinkage not easily deformed greatly improving the wax patterns' quality.
Manual shell making may lead to mold shell differences, affecting the quality. We use automatic manipulators for the composite process. The professional shell-making equipment makes the shell highly smooth, and inability to malfunction which reduces manual intervention and improves the stability of the shell-making process.
The shell air-drying line workshop adopts an automatic temperature and humidity control system. The operating temperature of the entire workshop is maintained at 24°C±1°C. The line rotates circularly, which improves the circulating air convection effect of the workshop, ensures that each shell can be evenly air-dried, and speeds up the process, improving production efficiency.
The use of our self-developed shell production line and air-dry production line greatly reduces the labor intensity on the one hand, and greatly improves the quality stability of the products on the other hand, fully satisfying customers’ requirements in product quality and performance.
Shell baking temperature requirements and sope shell holding time casting temperature and range can be set according to technological parameters and requirements by shell baking PLC intelligence control programming. Baking datas can be accessed at any time, ensuring continuous monitoring of the baking process.
